5-0 Fitness & Function, LLC was founded by husband and wife, Sam and Angela DeCapua. Sam, a full time Police Officer, and Angela, a full time Registered Nurse, started off on a quest to provide the best nutritional supplements for their fellow First Responders and Healthcare Workers to reach their fitness goals. They quickly realized that their formulas could be used as A TACTICAL ADVANTAGE FOR ALL ATHLETES. Our products use minimal sweeteners and will NEVER CONTAIN ARTIFICIAL DYE!
